Being a brand new Ruckifier and ths being my first ever rental - Kate made it an awesome and easy experience for a newbie like me. The canoe was great and I will most likely rent it again next year for our canoe camping trip. Thank you Kate!

The canoe was exactly what we needed for our mini-vacation: no leaks, lightweight, with strong ratchet straps, and the wheeled cart proved to be very handy.

It was very easy coordinating pick-up and drop-off with Kate, and she got back to me promptly anytime I contacted her. I will definitely have her in mind the next time I want a canoe.
