The quality of this bike wasn't great. The resistance dial was cut almost entirely through, and the wheel felt was held on with a rusty paperclip. A higher resistance led to a grinding sound on the bike. Eventually I had no option but to return the bike early.

Easy to deal with, replied to messages fairly quickly. Did not offer resolutions for issues with the equipment rented
