The new groundbreaking proprietary optical design uses three precision molded all-glass aspherical lens elements to achieve excellent contrast, sharpness, and corrects for spherical aberrations. One of these elements is very special and difficult to manufacture. G09, is made from Super-Low Dispersion (SD) glass and is a large sized aspherical element. 

Metabones PL to Sony E Mount T Cine Speed Booster Ultra 0.71x (p/n MB_SPPL-E-BT1). New optical design:  advanced 5-element/4-group optical design incorporating ultra-high index tantalum-based optical glass to achieve extraordinary optical performance with improved corner sharpness, distortion and reduced vignetting.
Like the revolutionary original Metabones Speed Booster announced in January 2013, the Speed Booster ULTRA has a magnification of 0.71x, and so it effectively reduces the crop factor of mirrorless cameras with DX-sized sensors and Super35 camcoder, such as Sony E-mount, Fuji X-mount cameras Sony FS7 MARKII, from 1.5x to 1.07x.  However, the new ULTRA design makes very effective use of exotic materials at the furthest limit of glassmaking technology, and as a result is well corrected for use with virtually all full frame SLR/Prime lenses regardless of exit pupil distance. 

A very good ultra wide angle lens with excellent sharpness and contrast across the film plane, except in the extreme corners at wider apertures. Performance is slightly to moderately soft towards the corners wide open at F/3.5, improves at F/4, is very good by F/5.6, and is excellent between F/8 to F/16. The early version (model 51B) of this lens had built-in filters for black and white photography and thus are highly sought after items.

This lens definitely is an above average performer within its class even when compared to OEM lenses of the same era. Optimal optical performance is F/8 to F/11 at all zoom settings, and at these apertures this lens is very sharp. Macro performance is good between F/8 and F/22, but with a moderate drop of contrast in fine details towards the edges of the film plane. This is a very versatile lens which nicely covers the wide angle to slight telephoto zoom range, and which features decent built-in macro performance at the 80mm zoom position when using smaller apertures.

amron's SP 70-210, introduced in 1979, changed the thinking of optical engineers throughout the industry by showing what could be achieved in terms of properly balancing optical performance throughout a 3:1 zoom range and throughout a continuous focusing range of infinity to 1:2 macro at 0.75 meter. There were no macro buttons to press, and this lens could even be zoomed while in macro mode without affecting the focus. This lens clearly offered far more convenience and flexibility compared any other telephoto zoom lens available at the time of its introduction, with the exception of Vivitar's Series 1 90-180mm medical macro zoom, and is an excellent example of Tamron's frequent genius for optical design. Tamron's lens features a broader zoom range plus better control off off-axis aberrations compared to the Vivitar Series 1 lens.

70-350 F/4.5 was designed for sports and nature photography.

The Hydra Alien Car Mounting System was designed from the ground up to work in conjunction with smaller gimbals to allow for a lightweight solution to car-mounted cinematography.
The system utilizes a highly customizable combination of dovetail-like plates and suction cups that can support a payload of 50kg each. Highly elastic shock-absorbing silicon provides longer durability and less abrasion, while the updated suction cup plungers create a stronger seal for improved security in colder weather.
When interconnected, the system allows users to fine-tune the exact placement of their shot to achieve almost any angle possible when mounting to a vehicle.
The system also uses a shock absorbing arm to better stabilize the camera for certain shots as well as a spring-loaded cradle head if the intended shot requires that the gimbal be flipped upside down.
