The pod's maximum loading ability reaches 8kg. The extending rope is a high-tension rope, can take 120kg pulling force, its breaking force reaches 350kg. It allows you to shoot in comfort for long periods of time. It takes the gimbal & camera's weight out of your hands and displaces the weight onto your waist and shoulders, so that your hands can be released, and you can get much more focus & attention on the shooting. 
Equipped with this backpack body pod, it will help you to realize smooth shooting on the move, such as when walking up and down stairs around your target. 

Read it Before Use:
Before hanging up your device onto the pod, please tighten the big knob on the back: turn the knob in the direction of the arrow on the knob until it's not easy to get loose, otherwise your device would be dropped off from the pod for the loosed knob.
Remember: don't hang up your device onto the pod until the knob is tightened!

Tips:
Better do this work by 2 men, one man, who wears the backpack, holds the device & tests it, while the other man helps to hand up the device & adjusts the knob to make the device being hung up in a comfortable position.
