IEM Monitoring packs are hideously expensive - even the cheap ones aren't that good (noise!) but are still expensive, so hire this one for a small fee that won't impact your gig fee. 

If you don't own proper IEM ear phones, regular ear pieces work well enough. If you own proper IEM's, you'll know what you're talking about.

Your provide your own Laptop and recording software (I can suggest some free options if you don't have any) and I can connect the mixer to your computer on collection to ensure it's set up and ready to go.

The 32r will be preset for you and some written instructions will be provided to help you with setting up on stage and EQ'ing. 

Depending on the size of the band the length of the show, you'll need about 50GB of free space. Preferably a separate USB3 or FW hard drive or an internal SSD.

You can mix your  recording at home or you can commission me to mix it at White Room Recording Studios.

The Presonus 32r Series 3 is a compact 2U Live mixer and 48k recording interface. 
It's awesome on stage as a primary mixer for large and small acts and venues and has the ability to multi-track your gig live to your recording DAW for producing demos.
