The MS741 Master Loudspeaker Station has two independent intercom circuits, A and B, which can be addressed separately or together by the operator. Each circuit can power up to 25 Tecpro BP511 beltpacks. Circuit B may be linked to circuit A to form a single circuit supporting up to 50 beltpacks.

The PS753 offers three independent intercom circuits which may be linked to create either one or two circuits. It is suitable for smaller theatres and rental companies who may need separate circuits to allow members of the sound crew, for example, to talk together without overhearing the lighting crew and vice versa. User stations are linked to the unit via three male XLR connectors (one per circuit). Two yellow LEDs indicate circuit linking.

The Di2 is a single channel Active DI housed in a tough extruded aluminium case, which may be powered from Phantom Power, or by two internal PP3 batteries.

The new DL4S is equipped with enhanced version of the ROBE RGBW LED module for brighter saturated colours and more powerful output.

The DL4S features innovative LED driving system for improved high definition dimming and adds a system of 4 fast, smooth, framing shutters. There is individual control of each shutter blade position and angle, together with rotation of the complete framing module. As well as providing a sharp precise or soft frame for the projected image, the system produces a new series of effects through pre-programmed shutter blade shape and movement sequences. The enhanced Robe RGBW LED light source reproduces both rich and pastel colours at output levels normally associated with 1,200W discharge fixtures as well as pure whites at preselected kelvin colour temperatures. The tungsten emulation function allows the fixture to be integrated seamlessly into lighting schemes with existing traditional lanterns.

The BP111 Headset Outstation is a tough, light-weight remote station suitable for use free standing or hung on the belt or wall. It has been designed to withstand portable use where care is not always taken by the user.

The operator has a headphone volume control, mic on-off switch, and a signal light/switch for attracting the attention of other users on the same circuit. A pre-set adjustment is provided for the level of the user’s voice in his own headphone (sidetone).

A bit about omnis
An omnidirectional microphone has sensitivity at all angles – in principle picking up sound equally from all directions. Neumann RSM 191 Stereo microphone with Neumann MTX 191 Matrix Amplifier, Cables and  Flight Case

This is a truly superb stereo microphone for use in news, film, and television, location and studio and sound booth applications.

The RSM 191 microphone is in very good condition, although the MTX 191 Matrix Amplifier has some scratches. It comes with 2 cables of varying lengths plus a splitter cable to split the 2 channels.

The Neumann RSM 191 is a stereo microphone system consisting of the microphone and the MTX 191 matrix amplifier. It has an adjustable pick-up angle and high directivity. The microphone has two separate capsule systems, a hypercardioid element and a figure-8, both in a short shotgun. Together they generate the mid and the side signals. 

The matrix amplifier controls the width of the stereo image by changing the gain of the side signal relative to the middle signal in six 3 dB steps. The output signals of the matrix amplifier are either mid-side (MS) or left/right (XY). The signals are converted through transformerless sum-and-difference circuitry. The balanced, transformerless technology permits the use of long cables between the microphone, the matrix amplifier and the following mic input of other signal processing equipment. 

Applications

The Neumann RSM 191 system is an ideal microphone system for: 
Outdoor stereophonic news coverage, even in extremely noisy surroundings;
Stereo recordings for film and television where the actors are recorded simultaneously with acoustic ambiance, or an orchestra;
