Jon was very communicative and polite. The bike was in good condition, as described. My partner and I had a lot of fun and highly recommend the rental to anyone else who would like to try tandem cycling! We went to Hampton Court and Bushy Parks to be away from traffic and enjoy the nice flat routes.
