The Lonsdale Spar Partner is a great way to work out and develop co-ordination and skill without the need for a partner, featuring an EVA foam bonded torso and head shape spar partner. The punch bag is a free standing piece of equipment to be used as you would any other punch bag, its torso shape allows you to practice punches whilst improving aim for particular areas of the body with the added benefit of adjusting the height of the torso to fully develop your skills and practice on opponents of a different height.
