In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.

"Dario was very responsive, helpful and patient. I would have given 5 stars but I had an unlucky experience using the speaker in the hall as the Bluetooth range kept cutting out. This is not a reflection of Dario and his equipment as previous reviews can vouch for the excellence - I just got unlucky. I would rent from Dario again in the future."
