Alessandro is a good guy, however I had a small heart attack when I got home and saw what I thought was a cracked monitor thinking I had somehow done it. This wasn't the case and Alessandro explained it was just a cracked screen protector. Camera worked fine and he was willing to be flexible on return times.

The whole kit worked perfectly, just what I needed and Alessandro had great communication. Recommend. Thank you again Alessandro!
