Excellent experience - the TM6 was available when needed, in perfect condition, and Jo was very helpful and flexible with both pickup and drop off.

I had wanted to try a thermomix before investing in one - this was the perfect opportunity.  Jo was delightful - gave me a thorough run down on how the machine worked and packed me off with all the kit to try it for a week telling me I could contact her during the rental period if I had any concerns or queries.  She set me up with a recipe collection to start me off - I am purchasing my own thermomix following a fantastic experience - both from a tech and personal perspective!  Thanks Jo.

Seamless rental through Jo from start to finish. Great communication, delivery, instructions, assistance when I needed it and collection when the rental finished.
