Was happy with the rental, despite the fact that one of the lights provided was not working. After liaising with the rental hire in person I was assured I would be given a refund for the light. The rental shop have now gone against their word and opened an investigation claiming damages without any attempt to find out the truth from the customer. Personally believe this is a bad way to do business

Everyone has different experiences but mine was somewhat disappointing. I booked the items first thing in the morning and was late by 15 minutes to collect them. Item had to be collected by 11:30. I was told theres no one in the office (actually a home) and come back at 4 in the afternoon. After I left I was told that there is still someone in the office(house) and can collect it (was in the tube already). If she had found out about someone being in the house first i would not have lost the job that day and my rental fee. 
I get that I did not pick up before 11:30 but when requesting her to shift the booking date she refused to do so and told she would only refund £15 of total rental fee which she refused again. 
Shit happens but a bit of compassion would be great. thats my 2 cents. that day was a complete loss for me professionally, financially and on all aspects.
