Wheels with tyres wider than 25mm and all tubeless tyres either have to have tyres removed or laid on the intermediate layer of foam and not in the wheel recesses in the lid. However I have managed to secure wheels with deflated 28mm tyres in the wheel recesses myself so it is possible but done at your risk.
