"Cancelled on the day of booking. I had given my number via message for any changes and they didn't reach out on the correct number. The messaging was prompt prior to that but seemed disconnected, clearly many different people writing from the same account. Worrying they were cutting rentals so close and didn't have any backup in case previous renter damaged items."
