Unfortunately, my experience renting this electric turntable was disappointing. The unit did not work properly, even after following the owner’s advice. I provided video evidence of the issue, but they were unable to offer a solution. In the end, I couldn’t use the turntable, which forced me to reschedule my shoot—resulting in a significant financial loss. While I appreciate their initial responsiveness, I would have expected more support in resolving the issue. I can’t recommend this rental based on my experience.
