Bissell Little Green Pro-Heat Portable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner - excellent working condition, renting it out as I only need to use it a few times a year. Great for general cleaning of carpets and upholstered items, as well as for cleaning up stains. Stains can be spot treated, and then scrubbed with the upholstery cleaner, and the suction removes all of the cleaning liquid as well as whatever caused the stain. This is a better alternative than just using a stain remover, which can cause bleeding of the stain, leave ring marks where the liquid has spread to, and leave whatever caused the stain still sitting in the fabric. This is a portable spot cleaner that can be used on carpet, upholstery and mattresses. It requires the use of a cleaning solution, in addition to water, but I have had great results using my own cleaning solution mixes, or just water if I am scrubbing a stain directly with soap/detergents, so buying the accompanying cleaning solution is not necessary. The unit is plug-in, with a long extension cord. If you let it run for a few minutes before using it, the cleaning liquid will warm up, making it more effective. The nozzle handle has a button to spray cleaning solution, and bristles to scrub the area being cleaned. The suction from the cleaning nozzle will suck up dirty water and detergents but during scrubbing and after. I recommend making several passes with the cleaning nozzle once cleaning is done, to suck up any remaining water. The tool has a clear window at the top so you can see when there is still liquid to be extracted. There is a clean water tank that can be refilled as required, and a dirty water tank that needs to be emptied periodically (suction may stop if the dirty water tank is full).
