Dropping off the item was long. Lack of communication

Very easy to communicate and great equipment - got an upgrade on the DJ controller as well

Very cheap and easy to organise with excellent reply times. However, I had a bit of trouble getting the model of decks that I wanted as a previous borrower hadn't returned said decks on time. I know it's not entirely the lender's fault but I feel they should have been stricter with return times. Foreseeing this happening and organising a more efficient turnover wouldn't have affected my rental so much. Still, the overall experience was good enough. Rant over.
