It was a great experience and quick transaction. Totally understandable to have restricted hours to maintain work-life balance, but it was a cause of concern for the production. Besides that small point, it was a very good quality light and all the interactions on chat were great and quick as well. I would rent again if I needed to.

Paid for my rental which was one day (£16) once it had taken to me the payment page it then cam up with £21, me thinking as I was filling out my details to rent it, it asked for my post code so I thought the extra £5 was the delivery fee, but no. 
Once I had paid they money for rental and asked the owner if the extra £5 was delivery she told me no so I then asked how much would It be for delivery, she replied with “I won’t have time to deliver today” then she said that I could book an Uber which I never had the time for anyways. She then told me that it was £90!!!! For deliver so I kindly asked for a refund as the pricing was not clear. 
She then refused a refund and I am out for pocket for somthing I even received. Was my first time using fat Lama and it was a terrible first experience and won’t be using it again.
