"Disappointing. Booking was arranged for me to pick up the Karcher at 10am. I received a message at 7.30am from them 'See you for a pick up at 10am'. I drove for an hour through London and arrived for the pick up at 10.05am. I knocked on the door and was asked by a man 'Did you not receive my message?'. They had sent me a message at 10.01am asking that I collect it after 12pm as the Karcher wasn't available!. I had no words having literally driven an hour there and them sending the message at the time Im supposed to pick-up! As a compromise I was told that I could return home and that they would deliver the Karcher to me and pick it up from me . It was dropped off to me at 12.40pm almost 2 hours after I was supposed to have it. I then messaged at 2.30pm requesting that they come and pick it up (as promised) then suddenly they started messaging saying they can't collect it and I need to drop it off. going back on the arrangement they made with me due to not having the Karcher at the time agreed. What followed was a series of not very nice messages. It actually makes me laugh that they said 'as a gesture of goodwill they arranged delivery to me!' Well what did they expect me to do when I arrived at 10am at the agreed time having driven through London and they didn't have it. They offer a very poor service and tell it was their gesture of goodwill to get it to me 2 hours after the time I was supposed to have it. Anyway so disappointing they went back on their agreement to pick the Karcher back up from me. Do not trust what they say about pick up times, or any other arrangements that are made as they cannot be trusted. And the manner in which they handled this I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I also did not end up using the Karcher as it didn't have the right attachment (this is not their fault - this I should have checked) so cannot comment on the actual device. If I had had the Karcher at the time I was supposed to though I would have had time to go to screw fix and buy the correct attachment."
