"Extremely Disappointing Service from Damilola. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Damilola regarding a rental of projector screens for an important event. I had arranged, 2-3 weeks in advance, to rent two projector screens from Damilola for an event hosting over 400 people. I promptly paid £75 for the hire, trusting that the agreed terms would be honoured. When I went to collect the screens as scheduled, I was informed by Damilola that only one projector screen was available instead of the two that were promised. This last-minute change has left me in an extremely difficult position, scrambling to make alternative arrangements for an event taking place the next day. Damilola's unprofessionalism and unreliability had caused me unwelcome stress and inconvenience. The success of my event heavily relies on the use of both projector screens, and this unexpected shortfall had jeopardized the entire setup. I urge anyone considering renting equipment from Damilola to think twice. My experience was marred by broken promises and poor communication, resulting in a service that did not meet expectations. I am now seeking a full refund and an explanation for this unacceptable situation. "
