You can get 6-8 adults or 9-10 including kids on the fold out love seat. Double bunk beds in the back, large dinette in the slide makes a double bed, sofa folds flat (best for kids), queen with solid wall and doors up front for added privacy. Extra outdoor kitchen with stove burners, fridge, and water! Easily towable by most half ton trucks and full size SUVs. We take pride in having a fully functional, fully stocked rig. We hope you enjoy camping in it as much as we do. Here is some of what is included: -We provide a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, knives (including steak knives), serving utensils, etc. -We provide towels for 4 people and bedding for the 3 permanent beds including one blanket (3 total) for each. -There is a 32" smart HD TV and stereo in the unit. -We provide some at least 4 camping chairs and a 9' x 15' nylon mat for the outdoor living space -There are tools in the unit for setup, roadside tire changes, checking tire pressure, and torquing the lug nuts. -The unit will be extremely clean when you get it. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
