Total sleeping space for 5 or 7 if there are two little ones. Easily tow-able by mid size SUV's to light weight rucks capable of pulling the campers GVWR of 3895lb max weight. We take pride in having a fully functional, fully stocked camper. We hope you enjoy camping in it as much as we do. Here is some of what is included: -We provide a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, knives (including steak knives), serving utensils, etc. -We provide towels for 4 people and bedding for the 3 permanent beds. -We provide at least 4 camping chairs and a 2' x 8' folding table for outdoor living use. -There are tools in the unit for setup, roadside tire changes, checking tire pressure, and torquing the lug nuts. -The camper will be extremely clean when you get it. We provide a sanitary cleaning of the camper after it returns/before you pick it up. Additional $60 for generator

In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
