This is a nice large tent! It has a really spacious bedroom, a large living room area to either sit in or store things. Really easy set up, but it does need 2 people. It’s just 3 poles. The instructions are sewn into the bag. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
