The tent is really spacious, the canvas is waterproof, and the sewn in groundsheet offers extra protection from the elements. The tent is in excellent condition. It comes with instructions on how to put it up as well as all tent pegs, guide ropes and mallet. Hirers agree not to smoke inside the tent. If it is returned smelling of smoke, it will be reported as damaged.
