It allows for controllable and repeatable detuning of Signature lenses on set, making it a game-changer for filmmakers and photographers alike. The kit comes in a specifically designed aluminium flight case and contains all eight positive and negative Impression V filters. It also provides all the necessary tools to add shims and label filtered lenses using the included inscribable Velcros. The positive Impression V filters produce a unique "bauble" bokeh effect in the background, where out-of-focus highlights are bright in the middle and blurry at the edges. This effect is especially prominent towards the center of the image, giving it a dreamy and nostalgic feel. Additionally, the foregrounds may appear sharper, adding depth and dimension to the overall image. On the other hand, the negative Impression V filters create a "donut" bokeh effect in the background, where out-of-focus highlights have a bright ring around the edges.
