"The absolute worst experience I have had on Fat Llama. After I booked 3 days before my shoot, he then didn't respond to me, so I had no idea of where to collect the item. On the morning of my shoot, I searched through his reviews to find a mutual friend who had rented from him previously; this is the only way I was able to get his number and ring to organise collection. After organising collection, he then blanked my phone calls for 1 hour while I was standing outside his house, I decided to leave, on my way back to my shoot he thankfully rang me to say he was at his house and so I drove back to collect the item. After now being 2 hours late to my shoot, I discovered that None of the Asteras where charged and a lot of them where partially broken, I didn't get to use the item in the end. The absolute worst experience I have ever had on Fat Llama."
