Really friendly and flexible, helped me out when my speakers broke a few days before my birthday party

AVOID. 
Could not be a worse experience. Told me to ring them in the morning to arrange collection. I booked and paid for the item and asked for phone number because they didn't give it to me. No answer. I don't even have the address. I message them several times - I can see my messages have been read, but ignored. 2 days later and they're still completely blanking me since the moment I paid them. No item for my event, delayed, stressed, empty handed and out of pocket, I had to make another plan last minute. 
This lender is now being dealt with via Resolutions.

The fogger added that extra something for the shoot - the Albion Audio team were defo helpful in explaining how to use it and were efficient with pick up - would definitely rent again
