$60 per hour of rent. Minimum 4 hours. Studio Schedule: Monday to Sunday 9am to 7pm. Double high ceilings and nearly floor to ceiling windows (10 feet!) with shades to control the light. 2 full bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. Southern exposure provides beautiful natural light all day. Located in a historic elevator building with doorman in the LES. Cancellation Terms
In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
