I am renting out my professionally designed luxury designer loft as a space for photoshoots, sets, or temporary backdrop space. Not for hosting parties, but individual creative events (photographers, models, ect). Also available for rent is some of the furniture or decor for rent as props, and various spaces in the building - the gym, sauna, a pool, and roof deck with unobstructed views of Manhattan skyline. Please inquire before renting (prices vary and may be cheaper depending on what youre looking for!). Apartment/room rental is by the hour, not day. Objects/accessories/furniture available for day rentals. Roof available for hour or day (depending on amount of hours).

Cancellation Terms
In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
