In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.

Kam 

Kam was great! He took time to thoroughly explain how to use his electric scooters and was very easy to contact. Very pleasant experience.

Kam was superb, this was my first experience of fat llama and surprised by the experience. Kam was easy to deal with, we had loads of communication and on arrival he gave me a thorough lesson, brought out a nine bot scooter to try and had loads of advice on different scooters to try if I wasnt happy with the Xiaomi.
Unfortunately my partner fell off the scooter almost immediatley and announced it wasnt for her. I'm still not giving up and may get one anyway, another trial I think when I've actually got a full day to go play.
