It's the go to lens for every portrait photographer. The focal length of 50mm is perfect to bring in emotions of the scene. The lens has a really fast autofocus and the picture quality is sublime. When taking portraits this is the main lens I use along with the 85mm. You'll have the option to drop to F1.2 giving you that buttery smooth background blur & bokeh with lights.
