Chimera's OctaPlus family of octagonal Lightbanks has a patent-pending design that allows conversion of this 5-foot Lightbank to the OctaPlus 7-foot Lightbank in just a few minutes, with no tools -- just the optional conversion kit. This unique design gives you two Lightbanks in one. The whole Chimera OctaPlus family is compatible with strobes or continuous light sources up to 1200 watts (2000 watts for the OctaPlus 7 ft.).This light bank requires a speed ring to adapt it to your particular strobe or hot light. Refer to the Accessories section, or click on the Speed Ring Adapter Chart in Specifications for your speed ring. A 3770 stand adapter or other model stand adapter is also recommended for the larger models, so the weight of the light bank is not supported by the fixture. Soft silver interior with an innovative graduated baffle for very even light spread. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
