Nat was so accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with.  She went out of her way to get my daughter and I what we needed to have a lovely camping trip,  offering replacements for items not available and being very flexible about timings.

We weren't allowed to pick the item up until the evening and weren't allowed to keep it for 24 hours, as well as distance being much further than the app said. Drill wasn't good quality, and the battery nearly ran out
