They insisted that the camera will be delivered rather than collected in person. Prior to shipment, I asked if it will bne redireced to a pickup point, and I was assured that this adjustment could be made once the tracking information was provided. However, the tracking system did not allow any changes to the delivery address.  No attempt was made to contact me at the time of delivery, resulting in a failed delivery and, ultimately, I never received the item. Despite these clear shortcomings in the delivery process—none of which were due to any fault on my part—I was denied even a partial refund. This resolution is both unreasonable and unacceptable.
