I’m happy to deliver/collect this in the SE London area for an additional charge. The Little Giant Revolution XE can be used as a height adjustable stepladder/A-Frame, used on stairs (either side is adjustable) or used as an extendable ladder for work at greater heights (it can be extended to 6.45m! that’s over 21 feet!!!). It’s very comfortable to use as it’s flared at either end, making it very stable.
