A super-fun little mono synthesiser, packed with amazing sounds! I’ve used a lot of synths in my time but I always come back to this one - it’s got so many controls to adapt the sound and would make an excellent introduction to synthesis for anyone new to the game - it’s very intuitive. As a piece of creative gear it also works fantastically - producing a range of interesting sounds all playable from the touch-sensitive keys on the unit, or hook up a MIDI keyboard to play in motifs and use like a piano. Someone said: “Surprisingly powerful, fat sounding monosynth with proper MIDI connectivity plus clock sync and USB. On board arpeggiator, very nice filter and a whole bunch of toneshaping shenanigans. Serious programming requires the free Modal app (runs on pretty much everything).”
