"Great bike, great experience. Maria was so helpful and communicative, turned up on time and was really flexible with my pick up and drop off times (I changed my drop off time, gave her 3 hours notice and it wasn't a problem). Maria also offered to put the bike seat up for me, I'm about 5'11'' and the bike was a good size for me with the seat raised, oh and she leant me a lock too which came in useful."
