Great service and easy pickup. Helped me out with picking up and dropping off at weird times.

Super fun uniwheel. The lender was very upset by the wear and tear of adhesive pads coming off and scrapes during the time I had it. I think maybe expectations of wear and tear could need adjusting as this is very common for such devices as it will inevitable fall etc. Other than that it was a nice rental.

Communication was spot on. The price is really good. Highly recommended

I had to clean the camera sensor, charge the flat batteries and format the SD card (which was actually an adapted microSD card instead of an SD card). Apart from these hiccups everything was okay.

Lender didn’t message me until 8pm the night before the rental to tell me he was out of the country and that I had to speak with his wife to arrange collection. I had already booked another camera as he’s been totally unresponsive for the previous 4 days. He is now refusing to give me a refund and I am having to go through Fat Llama to attempt to get my money back.

Very unprofessional. Agreed on specific time for a pick up / drop off, every time rescheduled last minute whilst already waiting at the pick up / drop off point. Very flaky and not considerate.
