Located half a block from the scenic ocean view over looking the Ocean Beach Tide pools, 2 blocks from the Ocean Beach Pier (longest concrete pier in Western United States), and 3 blocks from Newport Street, home of the infamous Downtown OB bars/clubs/shopping!!

Cancellation Terms
In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
