Running on charcoal or wood or both, this light weight portable Pizza oven exceeds 500c within 10-15 minutes and cooks the perfect pizza within 60-120 seconds. You can purchase pizza dough at a number of UK supermarkets these days and a tomato base sauce can easily be made in your own kitchen using little ingredients. Just google it. You do however need more than just the oven, this is why I am including everything you will need to make the perfect pizza. A small table to sit the oven on. Two pizza peels, one large and one small. A temperature gun. A pizza cutter. A wire cleaning brush. The Karu 12 carry case. Charcoal, wood pellets, lighter stick and wooden wool to get the fire started.
