The sleeping area can be configured as two smaller compartments or one large compartment, there is also a generous living space. There is a front entrance and two side entrances, one of the side entrances has an additional porch area which can be used for footwear storage and to put on / take off jackets if the weather isn't great. There are windows throughout the living area, which have an internal curtain for privacy. The tent is framed with steel poles and is very sturdy. However, this does mean that the canvas & poles etc are heavy and take up a decent amount of space so please bear this in mind. We've used this tent for festival camping for a few nights as well as week long breaks to various locations. The rental includes Tent canvas - comes in the large bag (the bag has wheels) Steel poles - smaller, and havier bag Footprint - groundsheet to add an additional barrier between the ground and tent Mallet & peg bag Interior carpet for the living space There are a few signs of wear and tear as below. Footprint - Has a couple of small tears on the edge/seam, this doesn't affect the tent Canvas - Small split in the tent which has been repaired We also have a front extension for the tent - ask for more details if its of interest. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
