Outwell Nevada M, 5 person, 3 room standing tent. I purchased second hand summer 2024 and rented out twice and used once myself. Overall it’s a solid tent in the wind but in a massive downpour I did notice a couple of small leaks around the porch so I would only be comfortable renting out of the weather seems fair and the renter doesn’t mind it’s shabbiness on looks. It’s an ideal tent to use if want a bit of extra space and at an affordable price. Ideally I would prefer not to rent to big girl or guy groups who plan to get trashed at festivals as I will use for a small family holiday in the summer hols once a year.
