In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.

Great generator, worked really well, communication with Hawa was awesome, she's really nice, highly recommend and will definitely hire again!

Renting with Hawa was excellent. She was really helpful throughout, the equipment (a power pack) was in perfect condition and fully charged, and Hawa was a delight to deal with. My first Fatlama experience and very impressed.
