You made my first experience of using Fat Llama very unpleasant.

This product is not 1920x1080p HD but 720p (1024x768). In practical terms it’s a quarter of the resolution of the HD we refer to in 2022. 

When I raised this with you (after having taken it for my event), you were rude and condescending, sending me a screen shoot from google and saying “you are arguing with the facts, I don’t know what to tell you”.

Simon was rude in every singe interaction and treated me with suspicion from the start. He kept forgetting what we had arranged and changed his mind about when I was going to return it. 

When my event was starting he sent me a text changing our arrangement and asking me to bring it back after my event had finished at 11pm. I was tired but I texted him just after 11 to let him know that I was finished and was going to send it in an Uber, but he didn’t get back to me. He then exclaimed the next morning “I was sleeping, you should have told me you were going to bring it back”. I explained that he texted me while event was happening.

We had originally  arranged for me to bring it back the morning after my event at 9:30am on a Sunday, which was early and I knew I would be tired, but I was fine with it. 

When I was sending it back Simon pestered me with iMessages, WhatsApps and Fat Llama inbox messages in a frenzy, implying that I would not bring it back, when I had done nothing to indicate this. 

The final straw is Simon lied to Fat Llama, telling them that I returned the item late so that I would have to pay 30% more of £81….for a projector that was not HD. 

His attitude was appalling. I 100% do not recommend.

Good projector but vertical lens adjustment is physically off optic centre. Minor adjustment in menus but physical dial not present, despite port above lens. Output is good but drops below 6000lumen for sRGB or similar, which is needed for good dynamic range on video projection. Great, fast customer service and response to questions.
