Joe was super helpful and my bike survived the trip to and from Mallorca without any problem. The box is old and basic, so you needs a fair bit of time to workout how to pack it. The catches don't lock and a couple were open by the time it got back to Bristol. But this is all reflected in the good price.

These boxes take a hammering at the airport but did its job. 
These boxes have inline wheels so steering is a bit of technique. 
Joe I would give 5 stars , its the box which only loses one mark .
