Had a bad experience. George agreed to meet at one time in writing, then asked for an earlier time in person. Then did not show up on the time he had suggested, because ‘it’s not convenient since ‘it is raining’ and made me wait in the rain for an hour. He quoted app policies to let me know that the app will take his side since ‘we did not agree in writing’, which seems absurd since he’s the one who was fussy about it being earlier. Recommend making sure to take pictures before you take the bike since he also quoted the price of £600 if there is any damage, which came out of nowhere since we didn’t mention any damage. We were not charged extra, but be cautious & make sure you agree everything in writing on the app.
