In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.

Singer Promise Sewing machine available to hire. Works well as a basic sewing machine with all the usual stitches. Easy to set up and intuitive to use. Have used for dress making and to make soft furnishings. I also have usual accessories (fabric scissors, quick unpick, poly cotton threads in a range of colours) available to borrow for no extra cost- please let me know if these are needed and I can include them. Nicole was brilliant as always - super responsive and friendly :) and the sewing machine is great! Everything you could possibly need for a project.

Nicole was brilliant - really responsive, friendly and helpful. The sewing machine was perfect, just what I needed and renting was so much cheaper and less wasteful than buying one! Will almost definitely be borrowing it again!

Oh how I have loved having this! This is already the second time that I have rented it and I am sure I will rent it again in the future!

Nicole has been absolutely awesome at responding, scheduling and dropping off the machine for me (Thank you so much!). After the person who rented the sewing machine before me seemed to have some difficulties, Nicole checked the machine and made sure it was in perfect order before dropping it off for my rental! She let me know in good time about all this and also communicated super well!
I can only recommend to rent this! :)

Nicole was very quick to respond to messages and answered all my 1000 questions. Very patient and helpful with me to work out how it all worked (I am new on here). She even dropped the machine off and picked it up for me as I live very close but don’t have a car.
The sewing machine is a basic machine, but worked really well and does all you would need for some simple projects.
Can only recommend and will definitely rent it again!

Communication was very responsive, Nicole answered my questions clearly and was friendly.  Sewing machine was in very good condition and easy to use.
