Base included, which adds stability to the stand. Red, green, black and silver spoke keys included, as pictured. Ideal for fixing a buckled wheel, or for building a wheel from scratch! I work a 9-6 so on weekdays collections and drop-offs will be around those times, unless I can organise to work remotely. Please let me know in advance!

Cancellation Terms
In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
