The studio is a 1,700 sq/ft space, with access to 20,000 sq/ft roof, in the recently renovated 3rd Ward building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The space is 4 blocks from both the Grand St. and Montrose Ave. L train stops. The building has a lobby and reception area, an elevator, loading dock, and city views. The studio is a mostly open floor plan with hardwood floors and white walls. The back 1/3 of the studio, the client lounge, has a kitchen, couch, coffee table, island, table and chairs. It is separated from the main shooting space by a covered bookshelf. There are two private bathrooms beyond the client lounge. The studio has over 500 sq/ft of windows and a view of manhattan between world trade and the empire state building. Blackout curtains easily make the entire studio completely dark. In case of cancellation 2 days before the rental period, 100% of the rental amount is refunded. If canceled one day before the rental period, 50% of the rental amount is refunded. If you cancel the same day the rental period starts, no refund is made.
