"Was not flexible and would not let me return late even when I offered to do another hire to extend as it was very late by the time our team finished with the kit, then took all day to get back to me about returning and ended up spending more on a courier to return it on his terms. The kit was fine but will go elsewhere again in future as for a business where cost is not a concern but flexibility is paramount this is not the right place to be, clearly."
